Our employees are our most valuable assets. Without our team of 350 colleagues, the company would not have grown to what it is today. To give them something in return for what they do for us, we continuously strive to make their working conditions as optimal as possible. By mechanising certain operations, for example, but also by investing in recreational spaces. We also help colleagues to develop themselves further, both personally and professionally, and offer them opportunities through internal recruitment and promotion.

Our location in Kenya allows us to benefit from the climatic advantages of the equatorial region in which we are based. We tailor our choices of crops and cultivation methods to the climate, and we constantly implement innovations to minimise our impact on the environment. Hence we incorporate organic methods into our cultivation, reducing the use of water, electricity, fossil fuels, synthetic fertilisers and chemicals.
